Information we use

Location

With your permission, CraveRoll accesses your device’s location while you use the app to search for nearby restaurants. You can also search by choosing another city. Location is sent to Google Places to retrieve restaurant listings. We do not operate our own servers that store your location history.

Restaurant and place data

Restaurant names, ratings, photos, hours, and related details come from Google Places API. When you open Maps or a restaurant website, you leave CraveRoll and those services’ policies apply.

Information we do not collect

CraveRoll does not ask for your name, email, or phone number inside the app. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.

How information is shared

Location coordinates and search parameters are transmitted to Google to fulfill restaurant searches and photo requests. Google’s use of data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

If you contact us by email at support@craverollapp.com, we use your message only to respond to your request.

Data retention

Search results and preferences are kept on your device for the current session. Uninstalling CraveRoll removes the app and its local data from your iPhone.

Children

CraveRoll is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can deny or revoke location access in iOS Settings at any time. Without location, you can still search by selecting a city manually.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
